Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic support to customers via phone, email, and live chat, accurately addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests, escalating complex problems to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Educate customers thoroughly on Zain’s diverse product portfolio, services, promotional offers, and billing procedures.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Adhere strictly to established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Proactively identify and assess customers' needs to ensure complete satisfaction and foster long-term customer loyalty.
  • Process various customer requests, including service activations, deactivations, plan changes, and account upgrades.
