Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding Tesla products and services.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information on vehicle features, charging, software updates, and energy products.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, delivery status, account management, and payment processing.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to vehicles, mobile apps, and charging infrastructure.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service centers as needed.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive for first-contact resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with Tesla products and services.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards customers.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electric vehicles or renewable energy products.
- Familiarity with Tesla products and brand.
- Previous experience in a remote customer service role.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) is a plus.
