Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with DISH Wireless's brand objectives and marketing goals.
- Lead the creative direction for all content initiatives, ensuring a consistent brand voice, style, and visual identity across platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify key messaging, target audiences, and content opportunities.
- Oversee the development of diverse content types, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, video scripts, email campaigns, presentations, and thought leadership articles.
- Manage and maintain an editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Conduct thorough content audits and competitive analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and best practices.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search visibility and organic traffic.
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Mentor and guide content creators, copywriters, and external agencies to ensure creative excellence and adherence to strategy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging content formats, and digital marketing innovations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related field with a focus on creative direction.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies that drive business results.

- Deep understanding of SEO principles, content optimization, and analytics tools.
