Personio is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Remote Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of our valued clients, primarily small to medium-sized businesses across the DACH region. Your mission will be to ensure our clients maximize the value from Personio’s cutting-edge HR software, fostering long-term relationships, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

As a Remote Client Success Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their entire lifecycle with Personio, from successful onboarding and implementation to ongoing strategic partnership. You will proactively engage with key stakeholders, understand their evolving business needs, and provide tailored solutions and best practices. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner. You will act as the voice of the customer within Personio, collaborating closely with our Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure an exceptional client experience and contribute directly to our product development roadmap. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of Personio clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities to maximize their use of Personio's platform.
  • Conduct regular business reviews (remote) to present value, discuss performance, and plan for future success.
  • Drive product adoption and usage by providing guidance, training, and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Identify potential churn risks and implement proactive strategies to mitigate them.
  • Act as an internal client advocate, communicating client feedback and contributing to product development.
  • Educate clients on new features, product updates, and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Personio products and services.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written (C1+ level required).
  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with HR software or Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and client retention metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company.
