Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, accurately documenting all care provided.
- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.

- Maintain accurate and thorough electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
- Proficient in patient assessment, medication administration, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
