Key Responsibilities

  • Undergo comprehensive training on recruitment processes, industry best practices, and our internal systems.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across different sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and skill sets.
  • Assist senior consultants in managing client accounts and understanding their staffing needs.
  • Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions within Botswana.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
  • High level of initiative, proactiveness, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, email, internet browsing).
