As an Entry Opportunity Recruitment Consultant, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with all the skills and knowledge needed to excel. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Utilise various platforms to source and attract top-tier talent.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive candidate profiles to clients.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Proactively identify and engage with new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional service and guidance to both candidates and clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence.
