Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Utilise various platforms to source and attract top-tier talent.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Prepare and present comprehensive candidate profiles to clients.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Proactively identify and engage with new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional service and guidance to both candidates and clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence.
