Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in a fully remote capacity. As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and securing top-tier talent across various functions within Greece, and potentially broader regions. You will be instrumental in shaping our workforce, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and developing innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines. Leveraging your expertise in full-cycle recruitment, you will manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and professional journey. We are looking for someone who can thrive independently, collaborate effectively with a virtual team, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and utilize various digital tools for recruitment will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from requisition creation to offer management and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand team needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates using various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and professional networks.
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate interview processes, provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and manage interview scheduling.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote Coca-Cola HBC as an employer of choice.
  • Stay informed about recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition technologies, especially in a remote work context.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a large multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a remote setting.
  • Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
  • Expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for roles within the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in Greek language (written and spoken).
  • Experience with international recruitment or cross-border talent acquisition.
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition.
