Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all visitors and clients, directing them to the appropriate person or department with professionalism.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage the main reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials and information.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and couriers, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings, managing calendars as required.
  • Maintain office security by diligently following procedures and controlling access (e.g., monitoring visitor logbook, issuing visitor passes).
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing documents and presentations.
  • Provide general information about the company to callers and visitors, acting as a knowledgeable point of contact.
  • Support the administrative team with ad-hoc projects, errands, and tasks as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Czech, with a clear and articulate voice.
