Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests and visitors to the hotel with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate department or individual, and take accurate messages, maintaining clear and concise communication.
  • Provide accurate information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and directions, acting as a knowledgeable resource.
  • Assist guests with basic inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently and courteously, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages, ensuring proper logging and distribution.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Support various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents as needed, contributing to overall office efficiency.
  • Operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and multi-line phone systems with proficiency.
