Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently, taking messages as needed.
- Manage and organize the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support, including data entry and filing.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and other office tasks.
- Learn and utilize office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Support staff with general inquiries and provide information to callers/visitors.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and client data.
- Observe and learn from experienced team members to understand office protocols and logistics operations.
