Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Handle guest check-outs, process payments accurately, and assist with any final queries or requests.
  • Manage telephone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries, providing helpful and timely information.
  • Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions in Lewisham and London.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex situations when necessary.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Process administrative tasks such as preparing daily reports, managing mail, and key card issuance.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
