Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire development lifecycle, from site acquisition and planning to construction oversight and project completion.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious property sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and legal counsel throughout the project.
- Prepare detailed financial analyses, forecasts, and reports for development projects.
