Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business leads through networking, canvassing, and local market engagement.
  • Conduct accurate property valuations and market appraisals for sales and lettings properties.
  • Market properties effectively using various channels, including online portals, social media, and our extensive client database.
  • Professionally accompany prospective buyers/tenants on property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate offers between parties to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, property trends, and relevant legislation.
  • Manage a pipeline of properties and clients from initial instruction to successful completion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales and negotiation expertise, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong understanding of the Bristol property market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in IT, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator/Agent.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., NAEA Propertymark, ARLA Propertymark).
  • Experience with specific real estate CRM software (e.g., Alto, Reapit).
  • In-depth knowledge of local property law and regulations.
  • Existing network within the Bristol property community.
