Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage a pipeline of property listings through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities in Lubao and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct property appraisals and market analyses to determine competitive pricing strategies for sellers.
  • Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits, and addressing their inquiries effectively.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare and review all necessary legal documents, contracts, and agreements in compliance with DRC real estate regulations.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to successful closing, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and fostering client loyalty.
  • Stay informed about local market conditions, property values, and industry trends within Lubao and Kasai Province.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., lawyers, surveyors) to ensure efficient transaction completion.
  • Adhere to all company policies, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements governing real estate transactions in the DRC.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in French and Swahili (or Lingala).
  • Deep understanding of the Lubao and Kasai Province real estate market.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
