Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses, effectively showcasing properties to potential buyers.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on market conditions, property values, and the buying/selling process.
- Prepare and present competitive market analyses (CMAs) to assist clients in pricing decisions.
- Negotiate offers and counter-offers, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Market properties using various channels, including online listings, social media, and print advertising.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, property laws, and industry best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Required Skills
- Valid Real Estate Agent License in Jamaica.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
