Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and cultivate client relationships to identify property needs and preferences.
- Conduct property showings and presentations for potential buyers and tenants.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, closing statements, etc.) accurately and efficiently.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and lease contracts on behalf of clients.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market, including new properties, regulations, and competitors.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and transaction completion.
- Attend industry events and network to build professional connections and potential client base.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in real estate sales or leasing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Uyo/Akwa Ibom property market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Membership in a recognized real estate professional body in Nigeria.
- Experience with CRM software for lead and client management.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., Ibibio, Efik, English) would be an advantage.
