Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and businesses, serving as their primary financial advisor.
 - Proactively identify client needs and deliver tailored financial solutions, including investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance, and lending.
 - Cultivate new client relationships through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
 - Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and develop personalized financial plans.
 - Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., trust, estate, lending) to offer holistic client solutions.
 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements.
 - Ensure compliance with all internal policies, external regulations, and ethical standards.
 - Drive business growth by achieving and exceeding sales and relationship development targets.
 - Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining long-term relationships based on integrity and exceptional service.
 
Required Skills
- Proven track record in financial services, with experience in client relationship management.
 - Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning principles, and wealth management strategies.
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
 - Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
 - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
 - Proficiency with CRM software and financial planning tools.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 - FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses required.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation or other relevant industry certifications (e.g., CIMA, CFA).
 - Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
 - Established network within the Delmar, Delaware, or surrounding financial community.
