Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and data.
 - Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for automation and improvement.
 - Develop and implement solutions to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency.
 - Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards, providing insights into operational performance, trends, and key metrics.
 - Collaborate with various internal departments, including IT, Compliance, and Front Office, to resolve issues and implement new initiatives.
 - Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
 - Participate in project work related to system enhancements, new product launches, and process re-engineering.
 - Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies, reconciling data and ensuring data integrity across systems.
 - Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational documentation, procedures, and training materials.
 
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations or analytical role within the financial services industry.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis).
 - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
 - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
 - Familiarity with financial reporting tools and large-scale operational systems.
 - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to financial services (e.g., AML, KYC).
 - Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
