Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Assist with HR-related correspondence, documentation, and report generation.
  • Coordinate and schedule HR meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Support HR Business Partners and specialists with various projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Process HR-related invoices and expense reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive HR information.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) data entry and maintenance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications
