Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding RBC's banking products, services, and policies.
- Assist clients with account management, transactions, and technical support.
- Investigate and resolve client complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to process improvements.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.
