As a Radiographer at Nisa Premier Hospital, you will be at the forefront of diagnostic services, responsible for performing a wide array of imaging examinations with meticulous attention to detail and patient comfort. Your expertise will be vital in producing high-quality diagnostic images using various modalities, including but not limited to X-ray, Fluoroscopy, Mammography, CT scans, and potentially MRI, adhering strictly to established protocols and safety standards. You will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety by meticulously adhering to radiation protection protocols, performing regular equipment quality checks, and maintaining a sterile and organized work environment. Beyond technical proficiency, we seek an individual with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively explaining complex procedures to patients in an understandable manner, addressing their concerns, and providing a reassuring presence during what can often be a stressful experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, Fluoroscopy, Mammography, and CT scans, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality, and reporting any malfunctions promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to radiation protection and safety protocols for patients and staff, minimizing exposure while optimizing image quality.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, providing clear instructions, comfort, and reassurance throughout the process.
  • Position patients correctly for each examination to achieve optimal diagnostic images.
  • Accurately record and document patient information, imaging parameters, and procedure details.
  • Assist radiologists and other medical staff with complex imaging procedures as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the imaging department.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated with advancements in radiologic technology and practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with medical teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in operating various diagnostic imaging modalities (X-ray, CT, Fluoroscopy, Mammography)
