Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Quantity Surveyors with various aspects of cost control, procurement, and financial reporting.
- Learn to review and accurately interpret project specifications, drawings, and contract documents.
- Support in the preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and contractual correspondence.
- Assist with on-site measurements, progress valuations, and data collection to track project performance.
- Participate actively in site visits to observe project progress, understand construction processes, and gain practical insights.
- Help maintain precise cost records, project documentation, and ensure data integrity.
- Develop a solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and associated costs.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the identification of potential cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive attitude, high level of motivation, and eagerness to learn.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as an integral part of a project team.
- A genuine passion for the construction industry and sustainable development.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a closely related technical field.
- Familiarity with basic project management concepts and principles.
- An understanding of Swedish construction regulations (Boverket) and industry standards is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software or similar is a plus.
