Job Description

Amica S.A. is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to join our dynamic team in Wronki. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will perform thorough inspections of components, sub-assemblies, and finished products at various stages of production. Your primary goal will be to identify any deviations from our high-quality standards and specifications, ensuring that only flawless products reach our consumers. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products according to established specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and deviations from quality requirements using standard reporting procedures.
- Perform basic functional tests on products to ensure operational integrity.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and rejected materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding quality concerns and findings.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for detecting imperfections.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications (training provided).
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and data recording.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate weights (up to 15 kg) during shifts.
- High level of reliability and punctuality.
- Proactive and positive attitude towards learning and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with quality control concepts or principles.
- Experience using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Basic computer literacy for data entry.
