Key Responsibilities

 - Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.

 - Educate customers on Qantas policies, procedures, and loyalty programs.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
 - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
 - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 - Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
