Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Qantas customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
 - Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, bookings, fares, baggage policies, and frequent flyer programs.
 - Assist customers with flight modifications, cancellations, rebooking, and special requests.
 - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
 - Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently to access customer information and provide comprehensive support.
 - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, professional, and empathetic service.
 - Educate customers on Qantas products, services, and self-service options available on our digital platforms.
 - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
 - Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
 
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
 - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
 - Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
 - Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
 - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
 - Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs.
