Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on baggage policies, security requirements, loyalty programs (e.g., Qantas Frequent Flyer), and other travel-related information.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and feedback.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience and overall operational efficiency.
  • Represent the Qantas brand with the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to company standards.
