You will serve as a primary point of contact, expertly assisting future and current passengers with pre-flight administrative tasks, providing comprehensive and accurate information on essential check-in procedures, baggage allowances, and detailed flight information for departures from major Qantas hubs. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all customers with professionalism, warmth, and a welcoming attitude, embodying the Qantas brand.

- Assist customers with pre-flight administrative tasks, including guiding them through online check-in, documentation verification, and special service requests.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently, empathetically, and effectively, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Educate customers on baggage policies, security requirements, loyalty programs (e.g., Qantas Frequent Flyer), and other travel-related information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and feedback.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience and overall operational efficiency.
- Represent the Qantas brand with the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to company standards.
- Actively participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on all Qantas products, services, procedures, and industry regulations.
