Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to partners, managers, and other team members, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting materials.
- Draft, proofread, and edit professional documents, reports, presentations, and communications.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and general office tasks.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate office events, team gatherings, and client meetings.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding logistics and provide support for office needs.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiently.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
