Key Responsibilities

  • Assist publicists in the day-to-day execution of media campaigns for artists across various genres.
  • Monitor and track daily media coverage, compiling reports for internal teams and artist management.
  • Help develop and organize press materials, including press kits, bios, and media alerts.
  • Conduct research on media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers relevant to artist campaigns.
  • Support the creation of engaging social media content related to publicity efforts.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, managing databases, and organizing files.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new media outreach strategies and campaign development.
  • Coordinate and facilitate mailings of promotional materials and artist gifts to media contacts.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Music Business, or a related field.
