Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and editing press releases, media kits, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Monitor media coverage, social media channels, and industry trends, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Support the coordination and execution of corporate events, press conferences, and community outreach programs.
  • Help manage and update the company's online presence, including social media platforms and corporate website content.
  • Conduct research to support PR initiatives and identify potential media opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Communications team as required.
  • Contribute to the development of communication strategies and plans.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
