Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic PR plans and campaigns for a diverse client portfolio.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts (journalists, editors, influencers) across traditional and digital platforms.
- Draft compelling press releases, media advisories, articles, speeches, and other PR materials in both Hebrew and English.
- Provide expert counsel and strategic guidance to clients on communication opportunities and challenges.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven reports and recommendations.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of projects and exceeding client expectations.
- Support crisis communications efforts, including drafting statements and managing media responses.
- Identify thought leadership opportunities and position clients as industry experts.
- Coordinate and manage media events, press conferences, and interviews.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media channels.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in public relations, preferably within an agency setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English (native or near-native proficiency).
- Proven track record of successful media relations and securing significant media coverage.
- Strong understanding of the Israeli media landscape and key journalistic practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies.
- Proficiency in digital PR, social media management, and online content creation.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and media.
