Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and report status updates to stakeholders.
- Support financial administration, including tracking expenditures and processing invoices related to projects.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to gather necessary information and resources.
- Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team as required.
- Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools under guidance.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
