Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project tasks.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, reports, and status updates.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Gather and analyze data to help inform project decisions and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and ideation sessions, bringing fresh perspectives to project challenges.
  • Learn and apply various project management methodologies and tools.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops, actively taking notes and contributing where appropriate.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports for project stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (B2 level or higher)
  • High level of initiative and a proactive approach to learning
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
