Key Responsibilities
- Support senior Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project tasks.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, reports, and status updates.
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Gather and analyze data to help inform project decisions and identify potential risks or issues.
- Contribute to problem-solving and ideation sessions, bringing fresh perspectives to project challenges.
- Learn and apply various project management methodologies and tools.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, actively taking notes and contributing where appropriate.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for project stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (B2 level or higher)
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to learning
