Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a structured Project Management training program.
  • Shadow senior Project Managers and assist with various project-related tasks, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitate project meetings, capture minutes, and track action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Learn and apply project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) in practical project scenarios.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of project quality and client satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to learn and apply new skills and knowledge in the project management domain.
  • Manage small project components or coordinate specific workstreams under supervision.
