Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, track tasks, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Identify and escalate potential project risks and issues to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
  • Support the creation of presentations and reports for project stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes.
  • Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools used within Swisscom.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (working proficiency in German or French is a strong plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new concepts and technologies
  • Basic understanding of project management principles (e.g., gained through academic courses or internships)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship experience in a project-based role or corporate environment
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications or IT industry trends
  • Fluency in German or French (in addition to English)
