Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects across different departments.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal team members and external stakeholders regarding project status and inquiries.
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, budgets, and change logs.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and proactively communicate them to the Project Manager.
- Help prepare project presentations, proposals, and communication materials for various audiences.
- Support the creation and updating of project schedules using appropriate software tools.
- Ensure all project-related administrative tasks are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
