Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to project managers and project teams.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of project documentation, including presentations, reports, proposals, and correspondence.
- Organize and schedule project meetings, workshops, and team events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
- Manage project-related communication, ensuring timely and professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and monitor project progress against established timelines.
- Support data collection, entry, and basic analysis for various project phases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports for project team members as required.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for all project documents, ensuring easy accessibility and adherence to company standards.
- Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members or resources.
- Learn and adapt to internal project management tools, software, and methodologies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, actively participating in team discussions and initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Czech (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational education in business administration, economics, or a related field.
