Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items to ensure timely completion.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, presentations, and resource schedules.
- Facilitate internal and external communication with project stakeholders, ensuring information flows smoothly and effectively.
- Manage and track project-related data, update progress reports, and assist with data entry into project management tools.
- Coordinate resources, schedules, and equipment as needed for project activities.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the project team, such as expense reporting, travel arrangements, and general office support.
- Proactively identify potential issues and contribute to problem-solving discussions within the project team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to processes and tools.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance project management knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Maturita).
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some exposure to project-based work, perhaps through academic projects, volunteering, or internships (not necessarily professional).
- Basic understanding of project management principles (e.g., from online courses or self-study).
- Familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
- A relevant university degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or related fields (current students nearing graduation are welcome).
