Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of new and existing programs.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of program activities, ensuring adherence to project goals and organizational standards.
- Prepare program-related documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of program events, meetings, and workshops.
- Maintain accurate program records, databases, and filing systems.
- Conduct research and gather information to support program development and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, partners, and beneficiaries under supervision.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts by assisting in proposal writing and donor reporting.
- Undertake administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth program operations.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by Caritas Polska.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
