Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of new and existing programs.
  • Support the monitoring and evaluation of program activities, ensuring adherence to project goals and organizational standards.
  • Prepare program-related documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of program events, meetings, and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate program records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support program development and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, partners, and beneficiaries under supervision.
  • Contribute to fundraising efforts by assisting in proposal writing and donor reporting.
  • Undertake administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth program operations.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by Caritas Polska.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications
