Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment under supervision after receiving full training.
- Perform manual sorting, loading, and unloading of materials, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Conduct quality checks on processed materials to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or production issues to the shift supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and operational goals.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as required, to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
