Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program designed to develop supervisory skills and in-depth knowledge of production processes.
- Learn to oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Develop skills in leading, motivating, and coaching a team of production operators to achieve daily targets.
- Assist in monitoring equipment performance and troubleshoot minor operational issues under guidance.
- Learn to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production area.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and optimising production methods.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
