You will work closely with other departmental leads, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration and communication across all stages of the production cycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production line operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.

  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and operational issues promptly.

  • Coordinate with supply chain to manage material flow and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to maintain product quality and specifications.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
