Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries, ensuring all logistics are meticulously handled.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread professional documents, presentations, and reports with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring information is easily accessible and secure.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
