Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage successful PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis, making data-driven adjustments to bids, budgets, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders, clearly articulating results, strategies, and recommendations.
- Manage allocated PPC budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver optimal ROI and meet client objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure integrated campaign strategies and consistent brand messaging.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role, managing significant ad budgets (e.g., £10k+ per month).
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrable experience with Bing Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Business Manager).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
- Solid understanding of landing page optimisation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and A/B testing principles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Measurement).
- Experience with other ad platforms (e.g., Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
