Key Responsibilities
- Perform various tasks on the production line, including evisceration, cutting, deboning, and packaging of poultry products.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP, USDA).
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently after receiving proper training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
- Follow supervisor instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Participate in all mandatory safety training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lift and move poultry products as required, demonstrating proper lifting techniques.
- Inspect products for quality and defects, reporting any issues promptly.
