Key Responsibilities
- Locate and pick customer orders from designated storage areas within the fulfillment center.
- Utilize handheld scanning devices to ensure accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times, including operating equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Lift and move products up to 49 pounds, and stand/walk for extended periods during shifts.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Capacity to lift and move products weighing up to 49 pounds.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours).
- Basic computer navigation and scanning device operation skills (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems or RF scanners.
