Key Responsibilities

- Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and modify plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with clinical and organizational standards.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Adhere to all professional codes of conduct, ethical guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Current registration or eligibility for registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or community setting.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
