Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality photography for studio sessions (portraits, product, conceptual) and live events (weddings, corporate, social gatherings).
- Set up, operate, and dismantle professional photography and lighting equipment efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with clients and event organizers to understand their vision and specific photographic needs.
- Perform post-production tasks including culling, editing, retouching, and color correction using professional software.
- Maintain and organize digital image files, ensuring proper backup and archiving.
- Adhere to company brand guidelines and quality standards for all photographic output.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other vendors during events.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines for photo delivery.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and lenses.
- Strong understanding of photography principles including composition, lighting, and exposure.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for photo editing and retouching.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced event environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing both studio and event photography work.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional photography experience, specifically in both studio and event settings.
- Experience with off-camera flash and studio strobes.
- Knowledge of other creative software (e.g., Capture One, DaVinci Resolve for basic video if applicable).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with camera and lighting equipment.
