Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders within your assigned territory.
  • Execute sales strategies and promotional plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and market share objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure optimal product placement, merchandising, and visibility for P&G brands in retail stores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to align on strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Richmond Hill market.
