Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
  • Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and expenditures.
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement).
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and record detailed minutes and action items.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role (3+ years)
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
